Responsibilities
The Monetization Enablement Partner is a strategic individual contributor role focused on building out our enablement function and establishing the global-first ecosystems, pathways, and methodologies needed to scale a multinational organization. You will help execute and refine the overarching Monetization Enablement strategy, building standardized global frameworks that drive capability while ensuring systems can be intelligently adapted for regional needs.

1. Global Strategy Architecture & Regional Adaptations
- Contribute directly to the overarching Monetization Enablement strategy by designing global-first frameworks, toolkits, and standardized processes designed for worldwide scale, adapting them as needed.
- Keep a close pulse on frontline realities to align global strategic direction with needs without fracturing core global standards.
- Provide clear guidance on enablement standards, curriculum frameworks, performance expectations, and desired business outcomes to address systemic capability gaps.
- Partner with Product and Business leadership to translate product roadmaps and commercial strategy into standardized capability models.
2. Measurement Methodology & Data Pipelines
- Establish rigorous measurement methodologies to evaluate both direct enablement impact (e.g., capability milestones, readiness) and indirect impact (e.g., product adoption, pitch-to-close ratios, revenue velocity).
- Architect and maintain the underlying data pipelines, logic, and data ecosystems required to track readiness, engagement, and proficiency metrics at scale.
- Work comfortably with messy, multi-source datasets, developing reliable initial measurement models and refining data definitions over time.
3. Advanced Analysis & Executive Storytelling
- Transform complex performance data and scoring outputs into executive-ready narratives, scorecards, and business review materials tied to the broader enablement strategy.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured diagnostic frameworks, uncovering root causes behind performance variations across teams, verticals, and regions.
- Deliver clear so what / now what analysis: identifying systemic capability risks and outlining high-impact strategic adjustments.
4. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Serve as a key strategic partner within Monetization Enablement, aligning global strategy with regional execution.
- Act as a connective bridge across Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Industry Operations to ground enablement strategy in commercial reality.
- Build trust across all organizational levels through clear communication, structured proposals, and rigorous follow-through.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced Measurement & Data Architecture: Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet analysis, data pipeline logic, and database querying (e.g., SQL) to manage unstructured, multi-source datasets and build scalable measurement systems.
- Strategic Storytelling & Enablement Design: Proven track record of translating complex analytical findings into executive-ready stories, with experience defining strategic learning outcomes, expectations, and curriculum direction.
- Product & Sales Alignment: Demonstrated experience operating at the intersection of Product and Sales (e.g., Enablement Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy & Ops, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Analytics).

Preferred Qualifications
- Past experience operating within global-first business models.
- Hands-on media planning, advertising sales, or commercial strategy experience.
- Background in designing proficiency frameworks, scoring models, diagnostic assessments, or certification programs.
- Familiarity with Python for workflow automation or advanced data processing is a bonus.
