Location: Singapore | Reports to: VP of the portfolio | Portfolio: Government, Institutions or Corporates | Team: service delivery within the portfolio team

The role

You are the delivery engine of the portfolio team, and the person our clients hear from most.

Truescope Singapore runs as three portfolio teams: Government, Institutions and Corporates. Each team owns its clients end to end. The VP owns the portfolio number, the Senior Client Manager owns the renewals, and you own the delivery. Every report, every briefing, every service request that keeps the client relationship in good standing day to day.

This is an execution role with real client exposure. You carry a named book of accounts, you are accountable for the quality of what they receive, and you are the first to see the signals that tell us whether a client will renew.

What you own

• Day-to-day delivery. Reports on time, briefings accurate, monitoring alerts actioned, platform queries resolved. You are the client's first call for anything operational.

• Service quality. Zero repeat quality incidents on your top accounts. Issues caught and fixed before the client sees them.

• Risk signals. You are closest to the client day to day. When a client goes quiet, reduces usage, or raises a complaint, you are the first to know. Log it and flag it to the Senior Client Manager the same day, not at the weekly review.

• Onboarding new clients. When the VP or Senior Client Manager closes a new client, you run the onboarding. Platform setup, briefing alignment, first report, 30-day check-in.

• Upsell support. You spot natural upsell moments through the course of delivery. A new stakeholder, a regulatory change, a capability the client is asking about. Surface these to the Senior Client Manager with a clear recommendation.

• Clean CRM records. Account ownership, renewal dates, contact records, and risk status kept current. The Senior Client Manager's renewal planning depends on this.

Must have

• A track record of managing client accounts in a B2B, professional services, or agency environment with reliable delivery and strong client communication.

• Delivery discipline. You are rigorous on deadlines, quality, and follow-through. Clients notice when something is late or wrong, and so do you.

• Attention to detail. Reports go out accurate, briefings are complete, and handovers leave nothing for the next person to guess.

• Client instinct. You read a client relationship, spot when something is off, and raise it before it becomes a problem.

• Organisation. You manage a book of multiple accounts simultaneously without things slipping.

• Clear written communication. Client-facing reports, briefing notes, and internal flags are written clearly and without unnecessary back-and-forth.

Nice to have

• A media intelligence, media monitoring, PR or communications agency background.

• Experience that fits the portfolio. Government procurement and public sector servicing for Government; data and technical environments for Institutions; brand and agency accounts for Corporates.

• Proficient in scaling AI tools in daily client work.

Success in the first twelve months

• In the first 60 days, every account in your assigned book has been introduced, delivery rhythms are established, and you know each client's key contacts and reporting requirements.

• Zero repeat quality incidents on your top ten accounts across the year.

• Risk signals flagged to the Senior Client Manager on the day they appear. No client goes quiet for more than a week without a logged note and a plan.

• Upsell opportunities surfaced to the Senior Client Manager on at least three accounts, with a clear recommendation each time.

• Every new client onboarded cleanly. Platform live, briefing aligned, first report delivered on time, 30-day check-in completed.

Compensation

Base salary plus a share of the portfolio retention pool. The retention pool grows as the team keeps and grows its book. Delivery quality and client satisfaction are what you are paid for.
