Manage a pipeline of green building certifications and renewals (e.g., NABERS, Green Star, Green Mark, BREEAM), providing technical project management and consultant oversight.
Collaborate with asset management to integrate sustainability criteria into property-level budgets, operational procedures, and procurement decisions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building

Act as the primary sustainability partner for the relevant asset management teams, providing expert advice and building their internal capability to manage ESG issues effectively.
Engage and influence third-party hotel operators and property management teams remotely, fostering a collaborative approach to achieve our sustainability goals.
Manage and direct on-the-ground consultants as required to support the implementation of specific projects, audits, or initiatives.
Serve as a key liaison between the asset teams and the Group Sustainability ensuring strategies, tools, and best practices are effectively shared and implemented.
