Manage intraday trading operations, production changes and incident reviews; drive improvements to desk controls and tools.
Monitor market conduct and coordinate with brokers, exchanges and internal stakeholders on trading issues.

5+ years of hands-on experience on a live systematic or electronic equities trading desk at a quant fund, prop firm, market maker or sell-side electronic trading team.
Proven judgment in managing live trading incidents and taking decisive risk action under pressure.
Strong understanding of trading systems, order lifecycles, FIX and production change controls.
