About the Role

Own the client relationship for APAC - and grow your own book while you do it. Taktical Digital is a New York performance agency, now part of MediaMint. We run paid media, SEO, social and creative for global brands. Our APAC book is growing, and right now it gets served from the wrong time zone. We want that to stop. So we are hiring people in Singapore to own it: the relationships, the strategy, the roadmap, and the new business they bring in themselves.

This is a hybrid role comprised of Remote work with the NorAM and European teams, and in-person client meetings in Singapore.

What's in it for you

The relationships are yours. Our clients, our strategy, our roadmap, our renewal - together with the best marketing team in the game. Nobody relays your thinking to the client on your behalf.
One team behind you, not four silos. Paid media, SEO, social and our Studio T creative team sit behind the account, so you sell a whole solution instead of one channel.
Build the APAC seat from scratch. You are the first proper hire in-region. You set the cadence and the standard rather than inheriting someone else's.
No red tape. Good ideas ship the week you have them, not the quarter after you pitch them. We move quickly and we promote quickly.

You'll thrive here if you

Are currently living in Singapore with existing right to work. This is a hard requirement - we are not sponsoring passes and we are not relocating anyone. The entire point of the seat is someone in-market and in-hours.
Have 3+ years in digital marketing or advertising, with direct account management experience in an agency or client-services environment.
Can hold a client relationship end to end: strategy, communication cadence, expectations, the difficult conversations, and the renewal.
Can coordinate paid media, SEO, social and creative without needing to be the specialist in any of them.
Have sourced, pitched or closed new business - or are hungry to, and can tell us why you would be good at it.
Run yourself. You will be the person in-region, so nobody is checking your calendar.

Bonus points: client experience across SEA or wider APAC beyond Singapore, familiarity with HubSpot and agency reporting workflows, or a story about an account you took over in trouble and kept. Also bonus points if you're a sports-fan, particularly MMA ;)

Compensation comprised of salary plus performance bonuses. Total commensurate with experience - c. US$55k – US$65k
