Company Description

XIAZHI is a business software company helping enterprises manage customer relationships, sales, and operations across markets. As a Salesforce ISV partner, we build Leanx, a product family that connects customer data, business processes, analytics, and AI on the Salesforce Platform.

We work with B2B organizations, particularly in manufacturing and technology, as they expand internationally and coordinate teams, partners, and customers across regions. Our approach starts with understanding how each business works and building practical solutions around its needs.

At XIAZHI, we value customer outcomes, ownership, continuous learning, open collaboration, and long-term thinking. Our Singapore team is part of our growing international business.

Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Singapore team in a full-time, hybrid role. You will identify potential customers and partners, learn about their business priorities, and develop relationships that can grow into lasting opportunities.

You will research target markets and accounts, conduct outreach, qualify prospective customers, and coordinate discovery conversations. Working with colleagues across sales, product, and delivery, you will help prepare tailored proposals and presentations. You will also keep prospect and sales pipeline records accurate, follow up consistently, and use what you learn from the market to improve our approach.

This role suits someone who enjoys learning how businesses operate, communicating across cultures, and turning an initial conversation into a clear next step.

Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify relevant accounts, understand customer needs, and assess market opportunities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead discovery conversations and prepare professional presentations.
A disciplined approach to prospecting, qualification, follow-up, and sales pipeline management.
Familiarity with CRM systems and comfort using data to track activity and inform decisions.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different markets and cultures.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Professional fluency in English. Proficiency in another Asian language is an advantage.
