What makes this Different

You will not be joining an established AI department.

You will be building it.

You will have the opportunity to shape:

The Strategy → The Proposition → The Clients → The Partnerships → The IP → The Team → The Revenue → The Business(P&L)

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond a senior corporate role and build a regional AI business with an ambitious consulting platform.

Compensation & Partnership Model

This is structured as a Founding Partner opportunity rather than a conventional salaried employment position at the initial stage.

The initial structure will be based on a combination of:

Performance-linked economics
Revenue / business contribution
Long-term participation / ownership structure
Clear milestones toward leadership of the AI vertical

The exact structure will be discussed transparently with shortlisted candidates.

There is a genuine opportunity to build and ultimately lead the VENGRO AI business as Managing Partner.
