About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Delivery to be based in Singapore. In this role, you will lead the delivery of AI voice and conversational bot projects across multiple countries, from requirement clarification, configuration, and testing to launch and continuous optimization. You will work closely with clients, regional teams, and our Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams, including stakeholders in Greater China, to turn business needs into AI solutions that are reliable, scalable, and measurable.

Prompt engineering is an important part of this role. You will design, test, and improve the prompts and AI workflows behind our bots to make sure they deliver accurate, consistent, and safe results for every client and market.

Responsibilities

- Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Voicebot, Chatbot, and LLM-based projects across multiple countries, including requirement clarification, solution configuration, launch preparation, progress tracking, performance follow-up, and issue coordination.

- Bot Operations and Optimization: Maintain and optimize conversation flows, scripts, intents, knowledge base content, and other bot configurations to improve understanding accuracy, response quality, and user experience.

- Prompt Engineering: Design and improve system prompts, few-shot examples, output formats, and tool-use instructions for LLM applications, RAG systems, and automated workflows, and make sure every prompt change is tested, documented, and tracked before release.

- Quality and Risk Testing: Define evaluation criteria and test cases to measure accuracy, hallucination rate, safety, response time, and cost, and test bots against risks such as prompt injection, sensitive data leaks, unsafe responses, and compliance gaps.

- Localization: Adapt bot scripts, prompts, conversation flows, tone, language, and business logic to fit the user habits, compliance requirements, and business context of each market.

- Data and Issue Analysis: Track bot performance data and user feedback, identify issues or anomalies, analyze root causes, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, QA, Customer Success, and regional teams to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver projects on time.

- Client Support: Lead client workshops, requirement confirmation, issue feedback, and training, helping clients and internal teams understand bot capabilities and operating guidelines.

- Documentation and Reusable Assets: Prepare project updates, performance summaries, and launch notes, and build reusable templates, prompt libraries, and playbooks that help teams deliver faster across countries.

- Product Feedback: Share structured improvement suggestions with Product and Delivery teams based on project results, user feedback, market needs, and new developments in LLMs and AI.

Minimum Qualifications

- Completion of Bachelor's degree or above.

- At least 3 years of experience in product delivery, project operations, AI product delivery, intelligent customer service, Voicebot or Chatbot, SaaS, or internet product roles, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or GenAI applications.

- Strong prompt engineering skills, including prompt design, context engineering, and structured output design, with the ability to build test cases, analyze model outputs and failures, and make data-driven improvements.

- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks in parallel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Clear logic and strong attention to detail, with the ability to organize complex information, track progress, and produce structured documentation.

- Excellent communication skills in English (our official working language) and Mandarin, as this role works closely with internal and external stakeholders in Greater China.

- Willing and able to travel internationally for client workshops, project delivery, user research, and regional rollouts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with production LLM systems, such as RAG, tool or function calling, agent workflows, knowledge retrieval, vector search, evaluation pipelines, or monitoring.

- Experience coordinating projects across multiple countries or in client-facing, cross-cultural roles.

- Understanding of customer service, finance, collection, e-commerce, or logistics business scenarios.

- Familiarity with mainstream LLMs and platforms, such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or open-source models such as Llama and Qwen.
