My client is looking for a Regional Service Governance & Assurance Manager to drive operational governance, audit, ITSM process excellence, and continuous improvement across mission-critical technology operations within a regional environment.

Regional Service Governance & Assurance Manager

This role sits within a regional operations function and focuses on ensuring operational excellence, governance, and process consistency across mission-critical technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Governance & Audit

Conduct independent operational reviews and audits across regional sites.
Assess adherence to governance standards, operating procedures, and service management processes.
Identify operational risks, control gaps, and compliance issues.
Present findings, recommendations, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders.

Service Assurance & Process Excellence

Develop and enhance operational governance frameworks and controls.
Drive standardisation of operational processes across regional teams.
Ensure consistent adoption of policies, procedures, and best practices.
Establish performance measures to improve operational quality and service delivery.

Continuous Improvement

Review existing workflows and operating models to identify optimisation opportunities.
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service quality, and operational discipline.
Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

Partner closely with operations leaders, audit teams, and regional stakeholders.
Support cross-functional governance and transformation initiatives.
Provide guidance on compliance, controls, and operational standards.

IT Service Management

Champion ITIL-aligned practices across: Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management
Monitor process effectiveness and ensure service performance aligns with organizational standards.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of relevant experience within IT operations, infrastructure, service assurance, governance, or audit environments.
Hands-on experience conducting operational audits, reviews, assessments, or compliance activities.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes, governance frameworks, and control environments.
Proven experience driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across regional and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
Comfortable working independently within a lean and highly collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to regional or multinational operations.
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Additional Asian language capabilities are advantageous.
