Job description:

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Lifecycle Marketing professional to join our team. This is a critical role focused on shaping and optimising the customer journey for our international audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and executing go-to-market strategies to drive subscription growth in key international markets. This includes conducting in-depth market research and supporting on-the-ground initiatives to optimise conversions.
Using data to analyse reader behavior, identify key user segments, and personalise communications to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, in-app messaging, push notifications, and social media.
Designing, implementing, and optimising customer lifecycle journeys for international user base, from onboarding to retention and win-back.
Fostering strong communication and teamwork across divisions, collaborating effectively with product, events, customer success, and other departments to ensure a holistic and aligned approach to customer lifecycle management.

Required Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a marketing role. Proven expertise in lifecycle marketing, customer retention, and digital campaign management would be preferred.
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to use data and insights to identify growth opportunities; Track record of driving growth through data-driven strategies and campaign optimisation (e.g. A/B testing).
Adaptable to different marketing technology platforms; familiarity with social media, Google Analytics or similar tools is a plus.
Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to craft impactful content and engage Chinese-speaking audiences.
Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across all levels, including demonstrated cross-cultural communication experience when engaging customers in different markets.
Proactive problem solver with a growth mindset.

Manager, Lifecycle Marketing (International Markets) - 2-year contract
