Company Description Trade Pro Food Distribution is a Singapore-based importer and distributor specializing in premium European dairy products such as cheese, butter, milk, cream, and cream cheese from brands like Arla, Lurpak, Arla Pro, and Castello. The company serves supermarket chains, hotels, restaurants, online grocers, and other distributors across the island with frequent deliveries. Operations run through a purpose-built cold chain facility in Tuas, comprising 26,000 square feet of frozen, chilled, and dedicated milk storage, supported by an in-house fleet of refrigerated vehicles. This end-to-end control allows Trade Pro Food Distribution to maintain product quality, shelf life, and reliable temperature management from container landing to store shelves. Established in 2018 under Trade-Pro Group, which has been trading since 2009, the company currently supplies around 100 business partners.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Senior Executive or Assistant Sales Manager. The role involves managing and expanding relationships with existing customers, including supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, online grocers, and distributors, while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include preparing sales proposals and quotations, coordinating orders and deliveries with operations teams, and monitoring sales performance to meet revenue and margin targets. The role also includes assisting with sales forecasting, pricing discussions, and promotional activities, as well as maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and account status. The Senior Executive or Assistant Sales Manager will collaborate closely with management on strategic initiatives and provide regular reports on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity.

What you need

Three to five years in sales or key account management, in modern trade or ecommerce
A diploma in marketing, business, media or something near enough
English and Mandarin, to work with our Mandarin-speaking partners and associates
Comfortable in Microsoft Office, and able to build a deck and present it
Self-motivated, and happy owning a number
