Manage and grow existing strategic customer accounts to achieve revenue targets
Build strong relationships with customers procurement, engineering and management teams
Identify new business opportunities within strategic accounts
Managing existing sales representative
Work closely with internal teams to introduce product portfolio
Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and support commercial negotiations
Update CRM, sales forecasts and account reports
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements
Provide account development plans to management

Ihr Profil

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, technical sales or business development in the semiconductor industry preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and customer relationship management skills
Positive attitude and team player mindset
