Reporting Line: Dotted-line to Business Unit HRBP Senior Manager (based in Shenzhen)

Our client with sensor product teams based across Singapore, UK, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Malaysia. They are looking for an HRBP to support their Sensor MEMS and ASIC organization, based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into systematic HR solutions across organization design, talent development, performance management, and compensation.
Lead quarterly headcount and org structure reviews, including recruitment progress tracking.
Own the annual review of talent development pathways, job grading, and promotion processes.
Drive training needs analysis and annual training plan execution (general and specialized).
Facilitate quarterly performance goal-setting and review cycles.
Lead annual salary review and adjustment exercises, year-end bonus allocation, and design of targeted incentive schemes.
Build strong employee relationships through structured 1-on-1 touchpoints across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, exit) and proactive core-talent engagement.
Champion company strategy and culture within the business unit.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in HR or a microelectronics-related field.
Around 3 years of HRBP or HR generalist experience supporting an R&D team; semiconductor R&D HRBP experience is a plus.
Strong self-driven learner with high interpersonal sensitivity.
