About the Team & Your Mission

We are building a brand-new Ecosystem Partnership (BD) team in the APAC region, with a strategic focus on the Singapore and Hong Kong markets. We aim to establish deep collaborations with leading SaaS platforms, ERP systems, logistics & warehousing systems, and B2B trade infrastructures. Your ultimate mission is to deeply understand the underlying business models of these ecosystem partners, tailor industry-specific payment solutions for various vertical scenarios and successfully bring these partners and their massive end-customer base into PingPong's global payment closed-loop ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Partner Acquisition & Breakthrough: Lead and execute partnerships with core ecosystem service providers in SG/HK based on company strategy. Key targets include but are not limited to:
Order & Fulfillment Systems: Anchanto, Shipsy, Yojee, etc.
B2B Procurement & Trade Networks: Eezee, Proxtera, GUUD, SGTraDex, etc.
Leading Regional ERP & Accounting Software: Mekari, Deskera, HashMicro, Bukku, Logi-Sys, Fresa Technologies, etc.
Scenario-Based Solution Design & Ecosystem Closed-Loop: Based on a profound understanding of the clients business logic, collaborate with product and tech teams to deliver highly competitive, niche payment solutions that facilitate a closed-loop transaction experience within the PingPong ecosystem. Examples include:
Enabling order synchronization, platform payout reconciliation, and supplier payments within Order Management Systems (e.g., Anchanto).
Embedding cross-border supply chain Mass Payout capabilities within logistics systems (e.g., Shipsy/Yojee).
Building APAC Multi-Currency Rails within ERP and accounting systems (e.g., Mekari/Deskera) to bypass USD intermediary routing.
Providing high-value B2B FX Forward tools for large freight forwarding systems (e.g., Logi-Sys).
Data Pipeline Integration: Drive the data closed-loop construction of Order/Contract + Logistics/Fulfillment + Payment/Settlement. Achieve end-to-end integration from transaction trigger to automated reconciliation via APIs, building a strong moat for customer acquisition and business retention.
Commercial Negotiation & Relationship Management: Lead commercial terms negotiation and partnership agreement signing. Maintain ongoing high-level and cross-functional communications to ensure the long-term vitality and deep mutual trust of the partnership projects.

What We Expect From You

Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Key Account Sales, with strong familiarity with the Hong Kong and/or Singapore markets.
Ecosystem Network (Crucial): Hands-on BD experience and direct C-level connections with the aforementioned high-priority targets (e.g., Anchanto, Eezee, Mekari, Shipsy, Logi-Sys) or similar Southeast Asian local SaaS, ERP, and logistics systems are highly preferred.
Industry Insights & Problem-Solving: Deep understanding of cross-border payments, B2B collections/payouts, and FX settlement mechanisms. Strong commercial acumen to quickly deconstruct the business pain points of SaaS/ERP vendors and clearly articulate the incremental value of PingPong Payments empowering SaaS.
Competencies: Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills (able to bridge business language and API technical language), along with outstanding ice-breaking and executive-level commercial negotiation skills.
Language & Location: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Based in Singapore or Hong Kong.

Bonus Points

Proven track record of leading the complete integration of a Payment Service Provider (PSP) or financial services into large ERPs, e-commerce middleware, or logistics control tower systems.
Familiarity with local clearing networks (e.g., PayNow, FAST, cross-border local payout mechanisms).
