About the Role

As a Commercial Design Products Specialist at Omnicom Media, you will support the day-to-day management, governance, adoption and operational effectiveness of Commercial Design Products across the organisation.

This is a specialist-level role designed for someone who is highly organised, operationally strong, commercially aware and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders. The role reports into the Commercial Design Manager and supports the execution of product priorities across Commercial Design, agency teams, investment teams, operations, finance and specialist partners.

You will play a key role in ensuring that Commercial Design Products are properly documented, consistently adopted, clearly governed and effectively operationalised across the business. The role is particularly important as Commercial Design continues to scale product solutions through stronger planning discipline, product governance, agency enablement, performance intelligence and operating rhythms

Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Design Products Specialist, you will:

Support the operational management, adoption, governance and continuous improvement of Commercial Design Products across the organisation.
Maintain product documentation, playbooks, FAQs, guidelines, templates, trackers and supporting materials.
Support the Commercial Design Manager in managing product adoption, agency enablement and stakeholder follow-ups.
Track product-related requests, briefs, client participation, project timelines, action items and outstanding dependencies.
Coordinate with agency teams, investment teams, finance, operations, reporting teams and specialist partners to ensure smooth product execution.
Support the preparation of commercial product updates, internal communications, training materials and stakeholder presentations.
Maintain benchmark repositories, product learnings, planning references and product performance summaries.
Support the development and upkeep of operating processes, governance workflows and escalation trackers.
Assist with recurring business reviews, product performance updates, adoption tracking and commercial reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort and strengthen operational consistency through better process design, automation and AI-enabled ways of working.

Commercial Design Product Focus Areas

The role will support the Commercial Design Manager across the following areas:

Product Operations & Governance: Maintain accurate product documentation, standard operating procedures, workflow guides, participation trackers, governance requirements, escalation logs and product repositories.
Product Enablement & Adoption: Support agency teams in understanding how and when to use Commercial Design Products by maintaining enablement materials, FAQs, case studies, product one-pagers, training materials and internal communications.
Planning, Benchmarking & Performance Intelligence: Maintain planning resources, benchmarks, product references, forecasting templates, KPI guides, performance summaries and structured learnings from past product activity.
Process Improvement, AI & Automation: Identify repetitive workflows that can be simplified, automated or AI-enabled, and support the testing of new tools, templates, trackers and workflow improvements.

Exposure to media planning, digital platforms, commercial products, business operations, project management tools, Power BI, Tableau, AI productivity tools or automation workflows would be advantageous.
