Responsibilities:

Assist with contract review processes and contract drafting (e.g. proof-reading documents / providing sanity check / tidying up draft policies or guidelines)
Assist with intellectual property (IP) matters, including trademark and patent-related tasks
Conduct research on legal issues / corporate governance from time to time
Assist with creation of presentation / training slides.
Assist with management and update of legal resources portal and other document repositories
Organize storage of contractual documents in the electronic database
Support the Legal team in day-to-day administrative tasks

Qualifications & Experience:

Undergraduate of Bachelor of Laws or other legal-related courses
Preferably able to do research on legal issues / corporate governance as and when needed.
Preferably able to do proof-reading / sanity check / tidy up draft policies/guidelines
Familiarity with MS Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications is preferred
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility in performing duties, with ability to execute multiple tasks concurrently
Capacity to function both independently as well as in a team setting
Have a positive and energetic attitude
