At Identidad Tech, we've spent over 25 years building telecom infrastructure for carriers and enterprises worldwide — Voice, SMS, Cloud Numbering, and Managed Services — from two hubs in Miami and Bogotá. Our OTT and messaging-platform business is a different animal from wholesale voice: faster-moving, more technical, and concentrated heavily in Asia. We need someone who's spent their career inside that world, not adapting to it from a traditional carrier background.

What you'll do

Own and grow A2P traffic across a portfolio concentrated in OTT and messaging-platform accounts.
Build commercial strategies suited to how these accounts actually buy — not a copy-paste of a wholesale carrier playbook.
Read the market and competitive landscape to spot new opportunities inside OTT and messaging platforms.
Hit agreed monthly and quarterly margin targets, and know exactly why you hit or missed them.
Work closely with Procurement and Routing to keep quality aligned with what these accounts need.

Requirements

4+ years of proven experience in the A2P SMS industry, with direct experience managing OTT and/or messaging-platform accounts.
Real experience in Asian markets — this portfolio is concentrated there today.
Comfortable with cost/CR-driven commercial models and can explain how this buyer differs from a traditional wholesale carrier.
Excellent analytical skills — comfortable turning margin, CR, and routing-quality data into a commercial conversation.
Fluent English required; Mandarin or another Asian language is a strong plus.
Based in Asia preferred; open to candidates elsewhere with proven experience in Asian markets.
