Role Description The Events Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of high-end events. This role involves serving as the primary contact for clients, understanding their objectives, and translating them into clear creative and operational briefs for internal teams and partners. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating timelines and budgets, supervising event planning and production, and ensuring all elements—from concept to execution—align with the agency's standards of excellence and sustainability. The Events Account Manager also collaborates closely with creative and production teams, negotiates with suppliers and venues, manages onsite event operations, and prepares post-event reports and insights. The role requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver refined, brand-aligned experiences under tight deadlines.
Qualifications

Strong client account management skills, including relationship-building, stakeholder communication, and expectation management.
Event planning and coordination experience covering timelines, budgeting, logistics, and on-site operations.
Ability to collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to translate client goals into cohesive event concepts.
Proficiency in vendor and venue management, contract negotiation, and coordination with external partners.
Experience with luxury or premium brand events, product launches, and experiential marketing is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment, including evening or weekend events when required.
Understanding of sustainable and responsible event practices, with interest in integrating them into projects.
Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
