About the Role / 岗位介绍

ShengWang Tech is looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Social Media & Marketing Executive / Intern to build and manage our social media presence from 0 to 1 in the Singapore market.

You will independently take ownership of our social media channels, from account setup and content planning to content creation, publishing, community engagement and performance analysis.

This is not a role limited to posting content. We are looking for someone with strong ownership, learning agility and execution ability, who can gradually grow with the business and take on broader marketing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities / 工作职责

1. Social Media 0-1 Setup & Operations

社媒账号 0-1 搭建与运营

. Build and manage ShengWang Tech's social media presence from the ground up.

. Develop appropriate positioning, content pillars, tone of voice and operating approaches for different platforms.

. Manage day-to-day publishing, account maintenance and community engagement.

针对不同平台的用户群体、内容生态和传播机制,制定相应的运营方式,而非简单进行同一内容的跨平台复制。

2. Content Planning & Creation

内容策划与制作

. Develop monthly and weekly content calendars.

. Identify relevant topics, trends and content opportunities.

. Create social-first content including posts, graphics, short-form videos and other formats.

. Write and adapt content in both English and Chinese.

. Localise content for Singapore audiences while considering different cultural and platform contexts.

. Coordinate basic photography, videography and editing where required.

负责日常选题、文案、图片、短视频等内容的策划和制作,并根据国际平台和中文平台特点进行针对性调整。

能够完成基础内容制作,不要求候选人是专业摄影师或设计师,但需要具备良好的内容审美和较强的动手能力。

3. Growth & Community Management

用户增长与社区运营

. Monitor comments, messages and audience feedback.

. Engage with users and help build the company's online community.

. Experiment with different content formats and growth approaches.

. Explore collaborations, trending topics, creators/KOL/KOC opportunities and relevant communities where appropriate.

持续寻找能够提升品牌曝光、粉丝增长和用户互动的有效方式,而不是机械执行固定内容计划。

4. Performance Analysis & Optimisation

数据分析与持续优化

. Track key social media metrics such as reach, views, engagement, follower growth and traffic.

. Review content performance regularly and identify what works and what does not.

. Turn insights into concrete improvements to future content and campaigns.

. Prepare simple periodic performance reports.

5. Marketing Support & Future Development

Social Media Native

You should have a strong understanding of social media and preferably be an active user of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu or similar platforms.

对社交媒体有较强敏感度,理解短视频、图文内容及不同平台的基本内容逻辑和用户习惯。

Preferred / 加分项

The following are advantages, but not mandatory:

. Experience managing social media accounts, personal or commercial

. Experience with TikTok / Instagram Reels / Xiaohongshu / Douyin

. Short-form video shooting and editing skills

. Familiarity with CapCut / 剪映, Canva, Adobe or similar tools

. Basic photography or visual design skills

. Experience in digital marketing, branding, e-commerce or content marketing

. Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or other paid social platforms

. Personal social media accounts or a content portfolio demonstrating your ability

. Good understanding of Singapore's local consumer and social media environment
