About the Team:

The Shopee Content Business Development team drives the strategic growth of Shopee Livestream by building scalable programs and high-impact platform initiatives. We sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, seller performance, and customer experience—translating business goals into actionable programs that accelerate ecosystem growth.

As a Programs & Initiatives Associate, you will lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of key initiatives that shape Shopee Livestream's growth trajectory. This role combines structured program management, data-driven commercial thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration to uplift seller performance, enhance user engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Job Description:

Lead strategic programs to support top platform priorities — from conceptualisation and business case development to execution and performance tracking
Identify growth opportunities for Shopee Live and propose actionable, data-backed strategies to drive sales and improve performance metrics
Monitor campaign performance and sales trends, deriving key insights for future business planning and initiative design
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, key account managers) to align on objectives, ensure seamless delivery, and resolve operational bottlenecks
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to enhance Shopee Live's positioning and inform go-to-market strategies
Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and analytical models to track progress against KPIs and support data-driven decision-making
Prepare regular business reviews and communicate key findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Continuously improve internal processes and tools, driving efficiency and scalability in program execution and performance analytics

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent project management capabilities and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience working cross-functionally is a plus
Prior experience in e-commerce, consulting, or program management is a bonus
