Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of clients by providing full set of corporate secretarial services including prepare documents for company formation, registration of foreign branches and representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors/shareholders/ resolutions, share allotment and/or share transfers and amendments to company constitution for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Listing Rules and other regulatory and statutory requirements.
Conduct periodic KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) reviews, especially for high-risk clients.
Ensuring timely AGM reminders and Filing of Annual Returns.
Maintenance and upkeep of statutory registers.
Preparation of board meetings and AGMs documentations including attendance AGM meting and taking meeting minutes.
Act as the Corporate Secretary for the company and clients companies.
Maintain good relationship with clients.
Assist in maintaining smooth operation of the team.
Assist in department's automation projects.
Assist in smooth operation of the team.
Supervise and review subordinates work.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

Possess minimum Degree in Business Administration or equivalent discipline with 2 years of related experience as Corporate Secretarial.
Qualified Individual, i.e., member of ICSA or ICAS or CSIS
Prior experience in client servicing environment is an advantage
Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and be familiar with Companies Act and regulations of regulatory bodies
Intermediate knowledge of Sentroweb
