We are looking for a Regional Media Director to be the driving force behind three of our most iconic brands: foodpanda, foodora, and Yemeksepeti. Operating at a massive international scale, you will oversee end-to-end brand management across 17 diverse markets spanning Europe, Turkey, and APAC. As the Regional Media Director, you will strategically shape and oversee the end-to-end media vision across 10+ markets in Europe, APAC, and Turkey.

This role is pivotal in steering full-funnel media strategy and performance planning, managing the master media agency relationship, and empowering local marketing teams to deliver localized execution that drives user acquisition, brand equity, and business growth.

Your Mission:

Regional Media Strategy & Planning Establish pan-regional media planning frameworks that balance global brand consistency with localized market dynamics across Europe, APAC, and Turkey.
Define omni-channel media mixes (Digital, Programmatic, Social, OOH, TV/CTV) to optimize reach, acquisition efficiency, and long term brand and business health.
Serve as the primary lead for the regional media agency, setting performance KPIs, managing SLAs, and driving quarterly agency reviews. Streamline agency operations, media buying terms, and programmatic transparency to maximize working media effectiveness.
Act as the strategic partner for local marketing teams across all 16 markets, ensuring seamless alignment between regional priorities and local media plans. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best-practice scaling across regions to raise the baseline of local media execution.
Oversee multi-market media budgets, utilizing dynamic reallocation strategies to shift capital toward high-performing channels and growth markets. Establish robust measurement models (MMM, Incrementality Testing) in tandem with analytics teams to prove ROI and business impact.

Your heroic skills:

At least 15 years of marketing experience, minimum 5 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in global or regional media management Marketing experience in regional roles across Asia markets, Europe and Turkey.
Proven experience in leading regional strategies and influencing local teams across multiple markets.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on market dynamics and media strategy and performance metrics.
Proficiency in media management and budget allocation and budget management 8+ digit budget management experience required.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaborative skills to align cross-functional and regional teams.
