Job Summary

Job Title: Equipment Engineer
Industry: Semiconductor
Location: Tampines, Singapore
Working Hours: 5 days/week, normal working hours

Main Responsibilities

Managing equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement to ensure reliable operations.
Diagnosing and resolving equipment faults and breakdowns to minimise production downtime.
Monitoring equipment alarms and recurring issues, and analysing equipment performance for potential improvements.
Conducting failure analysis, Pareto analysis, and weak-point analysis to identify and address equipment issues.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, yield enhancement, and OEE improvement.
Preparing technical reports and documentation on equipment performance, failures, and improvement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of equipment maintenance experience may also be considered.
2+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
Strong equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work overtime when required.
