Job Purpose:

Provide Training Support for Centre For Adults

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engagement skills and structured training programmes for beneficiaries in Day Activity Centre and Sheltered Workshop.
Supervise and assist individual, applying coaching, task breakdown, and behavioural support strategies.
Create visual aids, task analyses, and structured routines to facilitate learning and skill develop
