About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who's willing to work and learn in a fast-paced environment. The individual will support our finance and tax systems and processes, and work alongside our internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Support Finance with month-end and daily finance operations requirements
Maintain accounting system processes journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, systems static data mapping
Internal reporting – monthly finance related data for stakeholders
Facilitate staff reimbursements and invoice payments processing via Expense claims, Accounting and Banking Platforms
Assist with processing of invoice payments via Accounting and Banking Platforms
Reconciliation of daily bank trading accounts
Assist with ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

Ideally completed at least 1 year of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs
Eye for detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on and a can-do attitude
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Some knowledge of programming languages (Python) and technologies is a plus
Able to commit to part-time (2-3 days per week) for at least 6 months
