What you will do:

Source, screen and manage candidate expectations effectively throughout the entire process.
Sell Morgan McKinley, our clients, services, current opportunities and you as a consultant to candidates.
Be a career partner to your candidates and clients, ensuring alignment between all parties.
Identify and generate leads to develop a strong pipeline and achieving success on your desk.
Collaborate across your team and the wider business sharing information and supporting x-selling
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets by establishing and executing SMART goals and plans.
Initiate, develop and manage client business relationships and provide excellent service to our clients and candidates alike.
Build a specialist proposition and talent pool to engage potential clients
Contribute to marketing initiatives that will help elevate your profile as a specialist recruiter through blogs, events, media, and marketing collaterals.
Compliant to company policies and data protection guidelines.

What we are looking for:

Proven track record as a Specialist recruitment consultant in the Tech industry from an agency.
You are a problem solver, inquisitive and resourceful.
You should be organized in your thinking and approach to work, able to multitask efficiently.
Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills.
You are a professional, self-motivated individual with a relentlessly positive attitude, desire to learn, and a team player.
Entrepreneurial spirit and self-confidence, and who thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
