What The Role Entails

PC Manager and Mobile Manager are among the most widely used utility apps in China, covering device cleaning, security protection, system optimization, and productivity tools. We are taking our PC and mobile utility products global, starting with Southeast Asia and Latin America, and we need a hands-on growth operator to lead the charge. As our Growth Operations Manager, you will own the user acquisition engine end-to-end: from market opportunity sizing and channel strategy to experimentation and metric optimization. This is a builder role in a category where local execution, data fluency, and platform savvy directly translate into market share.

Own the growth strategy and user metrics for our PC and mobile utility tools in overseas markets, with direct accountability for DAU, retention, and blended CAC.
Conduct deep-dive market research in target geographies — competitor feature and pricing analysis, user need discovery, and market gap identification — and translate findings into actionable product and go-to-market recommendations.
Build and continuously optimize a multi-channel acquisition engine spanning SEO, SEM, influencer and KOL partnerships, email marketing, and community growth on platforms like Discord and Reddit.
Design, run, and scale growth experiments using a structured hypothesize → test → learn → scale loop to systematically improve activation rates, retention curves, and channel ROI.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, converting market intelligence, competitive signals, and user feedback into prioritized product iteration requirements and feature roadmaps.

Who We Look For

Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of internet product growth or operations experience, including at least 1 year directly responsible for overseas markets.
Hands-on operating experience with PC or mobile utility and tool products; you understand the acquisition loops, retention dynamics, and monetization patterns unique to this category.
Proven zero-to-one capability — you have independently taken a product or market from opportunity identification through strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.
Deep operational fluency across key overseas channels (Google Ads, SEO, Product Hunt, Reddit, Discord) combined with strong analytical skills to build growth metrics frameworks and make data-grounded decisions.
Proficient in English — you can write compelling ad copy, negotiate directly with overseas channel partners, and collaborate seamlessly with international teams. Real work or life experience in Southeast Asia, North America, or European markets is a distinct advantage.
