Job Responsibilities :

The Product Evangelist for PC Audio is responsible for driving the commercial success of Razer's gaming headset portfolio across global markets. This role acts as the voice of the product internally and externally, translating product innovation into compelling customer value propositions, launch campaigns, channel programs, content strategies, and sales enablement initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in gaming audio, product storytelling, content creation, GTM planning, competitive analysis, and category management. They will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Regional Teams, Retail, eTail, PR, Influencer Marketing, and external partners to accelerate growth, market share, and brand leadership in the PC Audio category.

1. Product Evangelism & Market Leadership

Become the internal and external subject-matter expert for the Headsets portfolio.
Develop compelling product narratives and customer-centric messaging for launches and sustain campaigns.
Conduct product trainings for global sales, marketing, retail, and channel teams.
Present roadmap updates, product launches, and key innovations to global stakeholders.
Drive awareness and leadership of key technologies including esports audio, immersive gaming audio, wireless innovations, AI-powered audio features, ANC, THX Spatial Audio, and Sensa HD Haptics.

2. Go-To-Market (GTM) Ownership

Lead global GTM planning for new headset launches.
Develop launch strategies, positioning documents, product briefs, briefing decks, FAQs, battlecards, and training materials.
Coordinate launch readiness across Sales, Regional Marketing, PR, Retail, and eCommerce teams.
Ensure flawless execution of launch milestones and deliverables.
Conduct regional brief-ins and collect brief-back feedback to improve launch effectiveness.

3. Content & Digital Marketing

Own creation and execution of product-centric content strategies.
Develop: Product videos Short-form video content Social campaigns Blogs Landing page content eTail content Amazon assets Product comparison content
Partner with creative agencies and internal teams to create best-in-class assets.
Maintain content calendars and content trackers to ensure on-time execution.

4. Category & Business Management

Support achievement of annual revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
Monitor headset performance across: Circana, GfK, Stackline, Amazon DTC Retail channels
Develop actions to improve market share, conversion, and sales performance.
Identify growth opportunities by segment, channel, and region.
Work with Finance and Product teams on ASP, MSRP, promotion, and margin optimization.

5. Influencer, Esports & Community Programs

Partner with Influencer and Community teams to amplify headset launches.
Support esports sponsorship activations and player endorsement programs.
Drive product seeding strategies.
Work with professional players, streamers, reviewers and creators to build credibility and preference for Razer headset.

6. Channel & Sales Enablement

Develop sales tools, battlecards, pitch decks, retail training, and merchandising materials.
Ensure regional and channel teams can confidently sell key products and technologies.
Support major retail and eCommerce launches globally.
Collaborate with retail partners to maximize product visibility and conversion.

7. AI & Process Excellence

Leverage AI tools including Claude & Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and content development.
Create repeatable workflows and automations for GTM, training, reporting, and campaign planning.
Continuously improve team efficiency through process optimization.

Pre-Requisites :

Required

3-5 years in Product Marketing, Product Evangelism, Category Management, or Marketing within Consumer Electronics, Gaming, Audio, or Technology.
Strong understanding of gaming headsets and audio technologies.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Experience leading global product launches.
Strong analytical capabilities with market-share and channel data.
Experience working with global cross-functional teams.

Preferred

Gaming industry experience.
Audio product experience.
Experience with Circana, GfK, Stackline, Amazon Vendor/Seller platforms.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and esports ecosystems.
Experience using Claude and AI-assisted workflows.
