We are looking for a motivated professional looking to build a strong career in key account management, business development, and regional commercial growth

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop strong relationships with key and strategic accounts.
Develop account plans to achieve revenue, retention, and growth targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable business solutions.
Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Conduct regular customer reviews and present business and growth plans.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and solutions.
Support commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Sales, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of experience in key account management, sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Regional or international market experience is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
Willingness to travel regionally or internationally when required.
