Position Summary

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Enterprise Technology is looking for a Senior Recruiter to be based in Depot Road, Singapore to work onsite. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity
Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and be involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum successful output
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships
Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline and actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools
Be a recruitment best practice champion into the business and support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets
Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
Maintain critical metrics and provide the highest data integrity within reporting

Professional Experience

Solid end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within Technology, Engineering, Networking or Semiconductor environments.
Demonstrated experience recruiting technical and/or engineering positions.
Experience hiring roles such as Hardware, Electrical, Firmware, Network or related Engineering talent would be highly advantageous.
Exposure to GTM, enterprise technology sales or presales recruitment is an added advantage.
Candidates with recruitment experience supporting networking OEMs, semiconductor companies, hyperscalers, cloud infrastructure or enterprise technology organisations are particularly relevant.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, IT Literate with MS Office suite
Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation and high-performance working
Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches as well as working with an ATS
Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment
Shown team working capability, stakeholder management and networking skills
Ability to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects
Hybrid working model - 3 days onsite (Depot Road), 2 days WFH
