Your new role

Review client documentation and perform document validation checks
Conduct client due diligence reviews and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
Maintain and update client records, account information, and static data accurately
Process client requests in accordance with internal policies, operational controls, and regulatory requirements
Investigate and resolve documentation, data, and operational exceptions
Liaise with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Business stakeholders to support client-related activities
Support account maintenance and lifecycle management processes across Wealth Management clients
Participate in process improvement, system enhancement, and operational efficiency initiatives
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of client information throughout the client lifecycle

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, or related disciplines preferred
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in Banking Operations, Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), Client Onboarding, or Financial Services Operations will be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation accurately
Good understanding of client data management and operational processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Ability to start immediately or within short notice is preferred
