Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent in Singapore, from job posting and sourcing to onboarding and orientation.
HR Operations: Oversee HR operations including payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, and employee record management, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure strict adherence to the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and other local labor laws; maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
Performance & Relations: Manage the performance appraisal system, handle employee relations, and address grievances professionally to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Office Administration & Setup: Oversee daily office administration, including office site selection, renovation projects, procurement of supplies and equipment, facility management, and coordination of internal events and meetings.

Requirements

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (due to the nature of the role and local regulatory requirements).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a combined HR and Admin role, preferably within a multinational company in Singapore.
Strong familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and local HR practices is required.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with local staff, authorities, and regional/global headquarters.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Experience managing office setup or renovation projects is a plus.
