About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and well-connected Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our AI Infrastructure business across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling AI compute resources, GPU infrastructure, cloud services, and token-based AI consumption solutions to enterprise customers, AI startups, technology companies, digital-native businesses, and strategic partners.

This role requires a strong hunter mentality, proven enterprise sales success, and an established network among decision-makers within the Singapore technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify, develop, and close new enterprise business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with C-level executives, founders, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of AI, Cloud Architects, and procurement leaders.
Promote and sell:
GPU Computing Services
AI Infrastructure Solutions
AI Inference & Training Resources
Cloud Computing Services
Token-based AI Products and Services
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract closure.
Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, industry networking, and strategic partnerships.
Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to design customer-specific solutions.
Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.

Requirements

Experience

Minimum 8 years of enterprise sales, technology sales, cloud sales, or solution sales experience.
Proven experience selling to large enterprise accounts and strategic customers.
Existing network of enterprise decision-makers in Singapore.
Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Experience in one or more of the following industries:
Cloud Computing
AI / Generative AI
SaaS
GPU Infrastructure
Data Center
Cybersecurity
Enterprise Software
IT Services

Education

Bachelor's Degree or above.
Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines is preferred.

Performance Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate a strong record of sales achievement, including:

Consistent attainment of annual sales quota.
Proven track record of achieving at least 80%-120%+ of annual sales targets.
Experience generating and closing multi-million-dollar sales opportunities.
Demonstrated success in winning net-new enterprise accounts.
Ability to provide measurable sales performance achievements from previous roles.

Preferred Qualifications

Existing relationships with enterprise customers, cloud users, AI startups, etc
Experience working with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, NVIDIA ecosystem, or AI-related technologies.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
