DM Dasher Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Operation Executive (Front Desk) to join our team at our service centre. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience at our front desk.

As a Service Operation Executive, you will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, coordinating warranty cases, managing parcels, and processing return and refund cases. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of customer service in the fast-paced consumer electronics and home appliances sector.

Managing front desk operations and delivering a smooth, professional customer experience from the moment customers walk in.
Coordinating warranty cases, return and refund processes, and parcel management to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
Working closely with warehouse, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers, including handling warranty enquiries and service intake.
Manage and process product return and refund cases in accordance with company policy, including verification, documentation, system updates, and coordination with warehouse and finance teams.
Manage warranty parcel packing, shipment arrangements, and receiving parcels from couriers.
Record parcel details accurately in the internal system and ensure proper tracking.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk and waiting area.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Prior experience in customer service, service centre operations, or return and refund handling will be an added advantage.
Comfortable in a hands-on environment involving product returns and refunds for home appliances.
Strong command of English and a second language, both spoken and written.
Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week.
Detail-oriented, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
A reliable team player with a positive work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
