About the role

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Payroll Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with payroll processing, statutory filings and corporate administrative work.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key responsibilities

Process monthly payroll for clients and employees, including CPF, SDL and other statutory submissions
Prepare and submit MOM-related filings, including work pass applications, renewals and related matters
Assist with ACRA filings and prepare corporate secretarial documents, resolutions and forms
Prepare and maintain corporate and administrative documents
Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding and employment-related documentation
Handle general administrative and office support duties
Liaise with clients, employees and government authorities when required
Maintain accurate records and ensure all submissions are completed accurately and on time
Assist the accounting/corporate secretarial team with other ad-hoc assignments

About you

Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, HR or a related field
1-3 years of relevant experience in administration, payroll, HR, accounting or corporate secretarial work preferred
Familiarity with CPF, SDL, MOM and ACRA procedures will be an advantage
Proficient in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and counterparties from diverse language backgrounds.
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Able to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Responsible, proactive, willing to learn and able to communicate effectively with clients
