Regional Sales Strategy Development & Business Management

• Develop and implement regional sales and growth strategies for assigned markets, sales subsidiaries, and channel business partners.

• Work closely with ASOs and distributors to identify growth opportunities and establish achievable yet ambitious business targets.

• Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations to improve business results.

• Share best practices and successful business models across countries to accelerate regional growth.

• Support market expansion initiatives and new business opportunities.

Budget Management & Business Planning

• Lead annual planning and budgeting processes for assigned markets.

• Develop regional guidelines and coordinate budget alignment with each country organization.

• Monitor budget utilization and marketing investment effectiveness.

• Ensure resources are allocated efficiently to maximize business growth and profitability. under Budget Management & Business Planning

• Support forecasting and business performance reviews.

Regional Marketing Planning & Market Intelligence

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies, activities, and promotional programs aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer insights, and competitive activities.

• Identify emerging market opportunities and business risks.

• Collaborate with local sales and marketing teams to ensure effective execution of regional initiatives.

• Provide recommendations for product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

Reporting & Regional Coordination

• Consolidate and analyze sales, marketing, and business performance data from multiple countries.

• Prepare management reports, business reviews, and presentations for regional leadership and headquarters.

• Facilitate information sharing and communication between headquarters and country organizations.

• Coordinate regional meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of forecasts, sales performance, and market updates.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Planning, Sales Planning, or Regional Business Management.
Experience working with multiple countries/markets within Asia Pacific, South Asia, similar regional organizations is highly preferred.
Experience in regional headquarters (RHQ) or regional coordination roles will be an added advantage.
Experience in B2B business and distribution channel management is preferred.
