The Enterprise Program Manager (EPM) is responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of product and packaging initiatives. The role enables business strategy and enterprise decision making through disciplined project execution, governance and portfolio visibility.

Working across innovation, renovation, value leadership, resilience, sustainability and supply initiatives, the EPM leads cross-functional teams from project inception through launch and learning review, while enabling enterprise-wide decision making, risk management and continuous improvement.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end delivery of product and packaging initiatives from project initiation through launch and learning review.
Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives across scope, timing, quality and risk parameters.
Own project planning, critical path management, risk mitigation and issue escalation.
Act as custodian of Stage-Gate governance processes, facilitating effective decision making and compliance with EPM standards.
Maintain accurate project, resource and portfolio data within EPM systems and tools.
Facilitate launch readiness activities and provide oversight through commercialisation and market execution.
Orchestrate product master data readiness by ensuring timely and accurate inputs from accountable functions.
Capture project learnings and contribute to continuous improvement of EPM processes, tools and ways of working.
Champion best-for-business decision making and stakeholder alignment across functions and markets.
Support portfolio prioritisation and resource allocation discussions by providing project, resource and risk visibility to stakeholders.

The role operates within a highly matrixed regional environment, leading multiple concurrent projects across markets and manufacturing locations. The EPM collaborates closely with Marketing, R&D, Commercial, Finance, Quality, Regulatory and external partners to connect portfolio priorities, governance, resource allocation and execution into a single enterprise framework.

What You Look Like

2+ years experience leading cross-functional projects, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing or similar environments.
Understanding of product development, commercialisation and end-to-end Idea-to-Market processes.
Experience managing project timelines, risks, governance forums and stakeholder alignment.
Exposure to portfolio management, resource planning or business prioritisation processes preferred.
Experience working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organisation.
Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to provide portfolio, resource and risk visibility to support best-for-business decision-making.
