We are looking for a strong Product Operations Manager for a social media client for one year & renewable contract role. In this role you will help deliver exceptional advertiser experiences through communication governance, Voice of Customer programs, product testing, and operational excellence.

What you'll do:

Own communication channel operations and governance: Manage IPC requests across channels such as Banner, Bulletin, Inbox, Email, and Feelgood; ensure requests meet targeting, quality, compliance, and execution standards.
Drive advertiser communication improvements: Support Email and Bulletin governance initiatives, including frequency management, content quality, targeting effectiveness, engagement improvement, and operational process optimization.
Run dogfooding programs: Coordinate end-to-end dogfooding programs that allow internal teams to experience the advertiser journey, consolidate product friction, and translate findings into actionable product improvements.
Support internal product tools: Partner on the development, adoption, and optimization of tools such as Allowlist Tool, including requirement collection, stakeholder alignment, workflow improvement, and operational rollout.
Translate feedback into action: Collect and structure advertiser and internal-user feedback, identify recurring pain points, and work with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations teams to drive resolution.
Track measurable impact: Define and monitor key success metrics for owned projects, including adoption, engagement, operational efficiency, SLA, user feedback, and downstream business or customer impact.
Drive end-to-end execution: Maintain clear project plans, owners, milestones, risks, and timelines; proactively follow up with cross-functional stakeholders until actions are completed and outcomes are measured.

What you'll need:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Marketing, Platform Operations, Business Operations, or a related role within technology, advertising, or digital platforms.
Strong execution and project management skills, with the ability to independently drive work from problem identification through delivery and follow-up.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, define meaningful success metrics, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, or Operations teams.
Preferred Mandarin speaking
Experience in digital advertising, ad platforms, customer experience, product operations, product marketing, or related technology environments.
