Position: M&E Engineer

Employment Eligibility: Local Candidate

Manage and coordinate M&E works for construction projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on M&E matters.
Review M&E drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Supervise and monitor site installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
Prepare and review technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements and material submissions.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning of M&E systems.
Monitor project progress, quality and installation schedules.
Identify and resolve technical issues and coordinate with relevant parties for solutions.
Assist in preparing project schedules, progress reports and documentation.
Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers on variations, measurements and project costs.
Ensure M&E works comply with relevant Singapore standards, regulations and project requirements.
Attend site meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or management.

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, M&E Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant M&E construction experience in Singapore.
Experience in ACMV, electrical or building services will be an advantage.
Able to read and understand M&E drawings and technical specifications.
Knowledge of construction site coordination, installation and testing & commissioning.
Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM software will be an advantage.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
Willing to work on construction sites and attend project meetings when required.
Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
