About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing AI-native cybersecurity technology company, backed by an established technology group in Asia and operating independently across international markets.

The company develops AI-driven cybersecurity solutions across AI penetration testing, application security, SOC automation and incident response, delivered through SaaS and managed/AI-as-a-Service models.

The business already has customers, technology partnerships and active engagements across Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and Japan, and is now looking to establish Singapore as its key Southeast Asia hub.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine zero-to-one opportunity to build the Singapore business from the ground up, with potential to take on broader Southeast Asia responsibility as the company scales.

The successful candidate will initially be a hands-on commercial leader, personally developing key enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships while building the foundations for a local team.

You will work directly with global leadership and have significant autonomy to shape the Singapore go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Channel & Partnerships

Build relationships with MSSPs, system integrators, distributors and technology partners.
Identify, recruit and develop strategic channel partners.
Establish co-selling opportunities with cloud and technology partners.

Enterprise Sales

Own Singapore revenue and pipeline development.
Originate and close new enterprise accounts.
Build senior relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and technology leaders.
Target large enterprises, MNCs, telecommunications, technology companies, universities and Chinese companies expanding into Singapore.

Market Development

Establish the company's presence within Singapore's cybersecurity ecosystem.
Develop market intelligence and identify new commercial opportunities.
Represent the company at relevant industry and cybersecurity events.

Regional & HQ Coordination

Act as the key link between Singapore and overseas HQ.
Coordinate with international pre-sales, technical and delivery teams.
Translate local customer and market requirements into actionable feedback for HQ.

Team Building

Build and lead a local sales/pre-sales team as the business gains traction, targeted within approximately 12-18 months.

Ideal Profile

Familiar with Singapore's government and regulatory landscape, including relevant agencies such as MAS etc.
5+ years of B2B technology sales experience with a strong track record of delivering targets.
Background in cybersecurity, cloud or enterprise technology.
Existing relationships with Singapore enterprises, MSSPs, system integrators and senior technology/security decision-makers.
Strong new-business development and closing capability.
Experience selling solutions such as SIEM, SOC, XDR, PAM or cloud security is advantageous.
Strong commercial, presentation and negotiation skills.
Comfortable engaging with C-suite and senior cybersecurity stakeholders.

Experience building channel/MSSP ecosystems.
Start-up, market-entry or zero-to-one experience.
Experience with managed-service or recurring-revenue models.
Experience working with Chinese technology companies or cross-border teams.
