Zota is a global payment solutions provider, helping businesses access reliable and innovative payment solutions across international markets. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Singapore team and manage relationships with key merchants across our global portfolio.

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with our merchants, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will act as a trusted partner to our clients and work closely with internal teams to deliver the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop long-term relationships with Zota's merchants.
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Understand merchant needs and proactively identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
Drive account growth by introducing relevant payment solutions, new markets, and additional services.
Monitor merchant performance, transaction activity, and overall account health.
Handle escalations and coordinate with Support, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Product, and other teams to resolve issues effectively.
Analyze merchant performance, feedback, and market trends to identify business opportunities.
Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with key merchants.
Support the launch and implementation of new payment solutions.
Represent Zota at international conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings, with approximately 3–5 business trips per year.
Work with Marketing on relevant merchant communications and newsletters.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Management, or a similar role.
Experience in fintech, payments, banking, FX, or financial services is highly preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Commercial and business-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interest in technology and the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions clearly.
Customer-focused, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
Willingness to travel internationally.
