What you'll be doing...
This RVP will lead Account Executives responsible for some of our most strategic ESMB (Emerging Small and Medium Businesses) customers across ASEAN. You will drive sales growth within Salesforce's largest ESMB customers in the region. The RVP is responsible for defining strategies for growing revenue, identifying enterprise-wide opportunities, and successfully running at both the strategic and operational levels. Requirements include outstanding executive presence and communication skills, excellent cross-functional team leadership, a strong command of large and sophisticated deal motions and solution selling, an excellent eye for business and customer advocacy, and the ability to encourage and influence teams for continuous development and growth of self, customers, and business.

Some of the things you will be doing include...

You are the face of the company in the ASEAN ESMB market - comfortable calling on all levels of the C-Suite and managing new and ongoing relationships with senior executives
Quota responsibility to meet and exceed sales goals across the ASEAN ESMB region
Maintain key customer relationships, and develop and implement strategies for expanding our customer base across ASEAN
Provide input, direction, and guidance to other staff in the ASEAN region including Partner Management, Pre-Sales, and Marketing
Conduct presentations and demonstrations with the Customer 360 Product suite, evangelize Salesforce as a company and its products, negotiate terms and contracts, and close deals
Define and implement sales plans and strategies for ESMB accounts across ASEAN, including specific account plans, defining named accounts and territories, etc.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reports
Ensure internal processes are followed, including the team's adherence to supervising customer and transactional information in the CRM system and other sales and operational processes. Define new processes to increase overall productivity.
Stay on top of the competition, competitive issues, and products within the ASEAN ESMB landscape
Participate in team building and company growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care

Who you are...

Experienced Leader: 10+ years of field software sales experience, including 7+ years leading high-velocity sales teams in the emerging, SMB, or commercial segment. Experience scaling a team through rapid headcount growth is a plus.
Performer & Coach: Track record of leading a team to consistent quota and revenue overachievement across a high volume of transactional deals in a defined territory or book of business.
Velocity Sales Cycle Expert: Deep expertise managing high-volume, shorter sales cycles typical of SMB/commercial segments - pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and deal velocity are second nature to you.
Talent Multiplier: You recruit, hire, ramp, and develop reps quickly. You know how to build a repeatable playbook and get new hires productive fast in a high-churn, high-growth segment.
Go-Getter: Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic self-directed and resourceful, with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
