Work you'll do

Own discrete pieces of a PMI or finance transformation workstream with limited oversight
Independently troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., complex consolidation entries, carve-out adjustments)
Lead specific client discussions or data requests directly
Review and guide day-to-day work of Consultants/Analysts
Contribute to workplan/timeline input and proactively flag project risks
Independently run a piece of an integration workstream (e.g., one functional area's Day 1 plan)

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Post-Merger Integration (PMI), Finance Transformation, M&A Advisory, Transaction Services, or Management Consulting.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including financial reporting, consolidation, close processes, integration planning, and carve-out adjustments.
Experience supporting finance transformation or integration projects, with the ability to independently own and deliver specific workstreams with limited oversight.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex finance and accounting issues and identify practical solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, contribute to project workplans and timelines, and proactively identify and escalate project risks.
Experience leading client discussions, managing data requests, and building effective relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels.
Ability to review, guide, and coach junior team members while maintaining high-quality project deliverables.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, concise, and executive-ready presentations, reports, and project documentation.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
