Purpose of the Role:

This is a corporate senior management role responsible for end-to-end relationship management of the company's regional clients. The role is highly visible internally and externally and provides a platform toward roles such as Country GM.

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end relationship management for approximately of the company's regional clients, including business reviews, contract renewals and business development.
Grow share-of-wallet within clients and build out the client relationship across the company's geographies
Deliver new business revenue, in collaboration with specialized teams within the function.
Develop a thorough understanding of client P&Ls, as client profitability, portfolio management, and margin expansion are strategic imperatives.
Liaise with country-based BD leaders and General Managers to ensure local alignment on proposals.
Lead and participate in strategic projects, such as evaluating new segments optimization projects, and M&A projects.
Prepare business cases for Board/CEO/CFO/EMT audiences and provide monthly in-person reporting to senior leadership.
Travel as required (up to 20% of the time) and build client relationships through meetings, lunches, and dinners.

Must-Have:

Full end to end P&L responsibility in a regional role
Strategy Consulting experience from a leading management consulting firm (MBB, Big 4 or Tier 2 consulting)
University degree, preferably from a leading university.
Proof of progressive responsibilities to senior management level within one company.
Reflective, composed, and extremely ambitious.
Entrepreneurial and a self-starter, not afraid to challenge the status quo.
Methodical, and numerically and verbally highly capable.
Sociable, approachable, pragmatic, and balanced.

Deep exposure to the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Medical Device industry.
Experience preparing and presenting business cases to Board/C-suite audiences.
