Overview:

Seeking a versatile Admin Assistant to support operations, corporate secretarial, legal, and facility management within the essential chemicals sector.

Core Responsibilities:

Corporate & Legal - Provide administrative support to the Legal Function (Lean Team of 2), including maintaining the company's document management system, contract administration and maintenance of legal records. Assist with preparation of board resolutions and papers, and other corporate secretarial matters. Handle other day-to-day administrative needs of the Legal Function.

Training & e-Learning: Administering company's e-learning portal, create user accounts, assign courses, and track employee completion.

Finance & Clerical: Handle general clerical tasks, payment requests, and asset/equipment tracking for HR & Admin Function. Prepare function's annual budget and compile CAPEX data.

Facilities & Fleet: Manage company vehicle rentals and maintenance. Support Shutdown Maintenance (SDM) logistics, site applications, and contractor coordination.

General Support: Maintain corporate communications (website/brochures), coordinate CSR sponsorships, and provide cross-functional cover for team members.

Requirements:

Minimum Higher Nitec or equivalent qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Applications and Adobe PDF software
Good interpersonal and communication skills
A strong team player
