Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals and recruitment agencies.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive new hire experience.
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide periodic hiring updates.

Employee Engagement & Employer Branding

Plan, coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities and company events.
Organize staff celebrations, town halls, recognition programmes and festive events.
Gather employee feedback and support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Assist in internal communications and employee engagement campaigns.
Support employer branding efforts through social media content, career fairs and recruitment marketing activities.

HR Operations & Generalist Support

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support leave administration, confirmation reviews and employee lifecycle activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
Prepare HR reports, employment letters and other HR-related documentation.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
2 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment and employee engagement.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Able to organize events and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Good communication and coordination skills.
