The services required are set out as follows:

i. The staff will prepare training materials, implement, evaluate, and review the training programs for school students in alignment with school's strategic plan and philosophy.

ii. The staff should be proficient in Google Workspace like Google Classroom, Docs, Sites and more, and the usage of iPad apps such as Procreate.

iii. The staff should be knowledgeable with productivity software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and the use of different AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini etc.

iv. The staff should be able to conduct ICT lessons on the use of the apps in GoogleWorkspace, iPad applications such as Procreate, e-portfolio creation usingGoogle Sites, MS Office and AItools for our students.

v. The staff willprepare teaching materials/resources, exercises, and projects for the studentstogether with the teachers for the ALP curriculum on needs basis.

vi. The staff willassist to manage, survey, monitor, and evaluate the progress of ICTprojects/assignments such as the National Digital Explorer (NDE) and Code ForFun (CFF) and AI programmes.

vii. The staff willassist in the execution of Personalised Digital Learning Programme (PDLP) inthe school such as to conduct the training for students and student championson use of their Personal Learning Devices (iPads), liaising and working closelywith appointed supplier and resolving any device issues experienced bystudents.

viii. The staff willassist to promote good data management habits to staff and students such asregularly backing up data and data housekeeping.

ix. The staff willprovide administrative support for the ICT department.

x. The staff willsupport the school in promoting the use of the Google Classroom, GoogleCalendar and Google Sites which includes conducting the required training forstudents.

xi. The staff willsupport the school in promoting the use of the Microsoft Teams, MicrosoftOneDrive and other ICT tools whichincludes conducting the required training for staff and students.

xii. The staff willwork closely with teachers and providing advice/suggestions in software usageand other ICT related issues.

xiii. The staff willtrain and support teachers and students on the use of the apps and softwarementioned earlier for teaching and learning.

xiv. The staff willsupport teachers by providing videography support during lesson observationswhen needed, and creating videos for school events, staff training and sharingpurposes.

xv. The staff willprovide event coverage using photography/videography, as well as AVA supportfor school events.

xvi. The staff willtrain student leaders and assist with managing and operating of AVA equipmentas part of the AVA CCA.

The staff will assist in managing theschool website.

The Personnel shall minimally have the followingqualifications, skills and experience:

Minimum DIPLOMA in the relevant discipline (IT and multimedia related)
Ability to deliver training programs to secondary students & maintain classroom discipline
Proficient in Google Workspace such as Google Sites, Google Classroom and Google Docs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive
Proficient in emerging AI tools
Proficient in iPad apps such as Apple Classroom, Pages, Notes, Calendar and Reminders.
Have basic Photography and Videography skills.
Ability to provide training for staffs and students on the ICT software or apps listed.
