We are looking for a small number of high-performing Corporate Solutions Consultants to join our team. This is a role for people who want to operate at the intersection of strategic advisory and partnerships - advising decision-makers on workforce transformation.

What you'll do
Advisory and Solution Design

Engage with C-suite executives, L&D leaders, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to understand workforce capability needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
Conduct structured training needs analyses to identify business challenges and translate them into practical learning objectives.
Design and present tailored learning proposals that align with each client's business goals and workforce development priorities.
Advise clients on upskilling strategies, AI transformation initiatives, and government-supported training opportunities where applicable.

Relationship and Account Development

Build and nurture long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor on workforce capability and learning solutions.
Develop strategic partnerships with existing clients to identify opportunities for account growth and repeat business.
Collaborate closely with internal programme delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and positive client outcomes.
Maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders to strengthen client satisfaction and retention.

Pipeline and Revenue Ownership

Own a portfolio of prospective and existing client accounts from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
Manage sales activities across calls, meetings, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms to ensure consistent follow-up.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and prioritise high-value prospects.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining a high standard of client experience.

What we're looking for

Experience in B2B solution selling, consultative sales, business development, account management, or client advisory roles.
Background in technology, education, HR, professional services, consulting, SaaS, or related industries is highly advantageous.
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, HR leaders, business owners, and department heads.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover business needs and recommend value-driven solutions.
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
Commercially driven with strong business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while taking ownership of sales performance.
Experienced in building long-term client relationships and expanding existing accounts through strategic partnerships.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate sales pipeline management.
Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
