How You'll Spend Your Day

Perform Subject Matter Expert role; providing knowledge and expertise; helping to resolve issues and challenges faced by the team
May also perform Lead Data Manager role; oversee/ drive the DM deliverables for the project, communications with the stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines
Utilize therapeutic knowledge and possess a deep understanding of the technology used to review data to ensure database deliverables are consistent and accurate
Overall responsible for resource allocation and delivery of studies on time with quality
Build up the system, process & standards for Clinical Data Management activities
Develop SOPs, work-instructions, work-flow as per regulatory requirements & global standards using good Clinical Data Management practices
Perform quality checks on the activities performed by peers
Review study documentation archival
Analyze & maintain quality trackers; provide status and metrics details to Senior Clinical Data Management on regular basis
Hiring, training and mentoring of new or existing team members in the CDM unit
Proactive participation in appropriate project/ functional/ organizational meetings and initiatives
Participates in the review of cross-functional procedures
Continuous improvement of functional processes and procedures to ensure DM is consistently maximizing efficiencies
May indirectly supervise the work of junior members of the project team
Participation in reviewing and responding to or sponsor audits/ inspection reports
To carry out other responsibilities as and when required or assigned by the management.

Your Qualification And Experience

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Lifesciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant Clinical Data Management experience.
CCDM would be considered an added advantage
