Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end production of multimedia content, including campaign videos, product explainers, social-first content, digital advertisements, and customer engagement materials.
Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, and search-driven platforms.
Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and visual narratives that effectively communicate product benefits and brand messages.
Produce high-quality creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including banners, display advertisements, social media content, landing page visuals, email creatives, and out-of-home media.
Collaborate closely with Product, Brand, Customer Insights, and Performance Marketing teams to develop customer-centric campaign strategies.
Translate customer insights and business objectives into compelling visual storytelling and creative executions.
Develop content tailored to specific customer segments to improve engagement, relevance, and conversion outcomes.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer engagement data to identify opportunities for creative optimization and continuous improvement.
Ensure all creative outputs comply with branding standards, marketing guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and enhance creative asset libraries, templates, and design resources to support efficient campaign execution.
Create clear, concise, and compelling copy for marketing campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Stay current with emerging creative technologies, digital marketing trends, content formats, and production techniques to drive innovation.
Explore and leverage AI-powered creative tools and automation solutions to enhance design efficiency, personalization, and content production capabilities.
Work effectively with internal stakeholders, external agencies, production partners, and vendors to deliver projects within timelines and budget.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Advertising, or a related discipline.
Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in creative marketing, digital design, campaign development, video production, or multimedia content creation.
Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, ATL, and BTL channels.
Solid portfolio showcasing creative campaign work, digital asset development, motion graphics, and video production projects.
Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts from ideation through execution.
Excellent understanding of customer engagement, digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign performance optimization.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and multimedia content production.
Good copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging customer communications.
Experience creating content optimized for digital and social media platforms.
Understanding of content discoverability, search-driven content strategies, and evolving digital content trends is good to have.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
A curious and innovative mindset with a willingness to explore emerging technologies, AI-powered creative tools, and new content formats.
